If you are honest with yourself I think you will recognize that you harbor a deep feeling of inadequacy inside. How do I know that?.Well it's based on the fact that we live in a reality that reminds us each and every day of how inadequate we are.For instance:.1. Your body is inherently vulnerable to the weather, illness, aging and death.
2. Your brain is quickly losing ground to the technology that is being developed and that will soon make it, in its current form obsolete.3. The body is dependent on nourishment to keep it functioning.
4. Your body cannot leave the planet easily, freely or for extended periods of time.5. Your brain and body are susceptible to a whole host of undesirable feelings, thoughts, perceptions, behaviors and addictions that at best limit and at worst paralyze your chances of feeling peaceful, empowered and/or successful for any length of time. Now I know that many of you simply take all of this for granted and consider it normal.
In spite of this if you stop for a moment and notice how any of these make you feel deep down you will connect to your feelings of inadequacy. So why am I belaboring this point? Am I just trying to make you feel worse about your situation than you already feel?.No, in fact it is only by recognizing these feelings that you stand any chance of taking control of them and restoring your rightful place in the universe as a powerful Divine Being. You see, we in truth have total control of how our reality manifests. Unfortunately many of us "choose" to believe that we don't and then we try to deny to ourselves the feelings of inadequacy that such beliefs ensue. The power to create our reality, and that includes everything including the very structural nature of our physical bodies, is totally within us!.
Yes, I know that many of you doubt that. I ask you to notice how that doubt makes you feel. Well inadequate of course. Additionally it makes you feel like a helpless victim. So are you happy with your situation? I would think not.Try this for a moment if you wish.
Place one hand over your heart and state the following to yourself:."I no longer wish to harbor the belief that I do not have full and final control over the state of my mind and body.".Now take a deep breath and notice how you feel inside. If you chose to do this exercise sincerely you will likely be feeling some or all of the following:.
A greater feeling of inner peace, a sense of relief, calm, lightness, buoyancy, a sense of freedom, more joyful, contentment, happiness, more present in your body, a sense of empowerment and so on.If you felt any of these does it surprise you? Well if so it means that you have been unaware of your own presence in your own body as the Divine Being that you are.You see all of these feelings represent you reawakening to your own presence. In other words you are now conscious that you exist as a Divine Presence in your own body. Those feelings of inadequacy that we talked about earlier likely have disappeared. That is because "inadequacy" is essentially a state of being in self denial i.
e. denying your presence as a Divine Being. It's only when you recognize this and choose to stop denying your Self that those negative false feelings about you disappear. You also then start to recognize your role in having created a reality that is not to your liking, the one you live in daily. With this realization will also come a surprise, the feeling that it can all be changed by you!.
